How do I order free curtain samples?

Order free curtain samples with a few simple clicks, you can order them here. The samples will help you get a better idea of exact colour and material as well as how the curtains will look together with your wall colour and furniture at home. We always recommend ordering samples before placing an order online as our custom made curtains are non-refundable.

I want to cancel my order, can I do that?

HOME ACCESSORIES AND FURNITURE: If you would like to cancel your order, email us on info@attpynta.com with your order number as soon as possible. Please note we can only cancel orders which have not been dispatched and are not made to order. If your order is already on its way to you, you will need to follow the usual returns process detailed on our Shipping & Returns page.

CURTAINS: As our curtains are custom made we can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours the order will be placed with our atelier and our lovely seamstress team will begin making your curtains, this means that your order can not be cancelled or refunded after this point. 

How do I measure the length for my curtains?

We recommend measuring from the track/rail to the floor and adding 1cm. You can read all about how to measure in our guide here

How do I pick the width for my curtains?

Our curtains come in two widths 140cm or 280cm, we recommend reading our curtain measuring guide here to help you pick the correct width. Please note the width of the panels can vary slightly, this is because the fabric rolls can sometimes vary between fabric batches. This means that sometimes a 140cm or 280cm panel can measure a little wider or narrower by up to 10cm.

Are your curtains sold as pairs?

No, all our curtain panels are sold as singles, not pairs. If you wish to purchase a pair of curtains simply up the quantity to 2 on the product page.

Do I need accessories for my curtains?

The curtains are sold as single panels, all curtains are fitted with a practical hanging band for easy suspensions and to create perfect pleated waves every time. We sell all the accessories such as pleat hooks, tie backs and curtain rails to finish the look. You can read all about how to hang your curtains here and explore our curtain accessory range here
 

How do I put curtain hooks in my curtains

For tracks we recommend using the low pleat hooks while high pleat hooks work best for poles and rings. The pleat hooks are slid into the mesh channels of the hanging band on the back of the curtains. You can read our guide here for more information.

How do I mount my curtain rail or track

All our tracks and poles are sold as complete kits with everything you need. Our tracks come with brackets which can be mounted either on the ceiling or wall. Explore our tracks and poles here

What is the cost of shipping my order?

We have different delivery prices depending on location, the type and size of the product. UK standard shipping for home accessories is £3.99 (2-5 working days). Orders over 2kg in weight will cost £9.99 for standard shipping (2-5 working days). Our curtain delivery costs £9.99 and takes 4-5 weeks to be delivered from the date of purchase. Our furniture collection has a delivery time of 4-5 weeks and costs £59. International shipping costs vary depending on location but usually take 4-7 working days to reach the destination from dispatch. Non-refundable taxes and duties may apply on orders both outside and within the European Union. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming this along with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your shipment

How long is the delivery time?

Our homeware accessories are delivered within 2-5 working days on UK standard shipping. Our curtains and furniture collection have a make and delivery time of 4-5 weeks. You can find more information on this here

Where do you ship to?

We ship internationally from our UK warehouse. This means there might be additional non-refundable duties and charges applied to your shipment outside the UK.

What happens if I am not in to receive my order?

If you are out when the courier try to deliver your order, they will either leave a notice and deliver your order to a local access point for collection, or reattempt delivery the following day if you don’t live near an access point.If your order is being shipped with a different courier or you’re unsure, check the tracking number for more information or get in touch with us on info@attpynta.com.

RETURNS 

Can I return my order?

We hope you are happy with your Att Pynta order, but we know some things don’t work out. We are happy to accept returns on our home accessories and furniture collections, however please note we are not able to accept the returns of any curtain orders. This is because they are custom made to order. If your curtains arrive faulty or damaged please contact us as soon as possible on info@attpynta.com

If you would like to return your home accessories or furniture order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us on info@attpynta.com. You will have a further 14 days to send your item back to us. Read more about our returns policy and where to send your return on our Shipping & Returns page. 

Can I return my custom made curtains?

Please note that all our curtains are tailor-made to your exact measurements, so we cannot accept returned goods once they are produced. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order and you wish to cancel please email us on info@attpynta.com. Your order will then be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. Please note curtain orders can not be amended once an order has been processed after 24 hours. 

Are any products excluded from the returns policy?

Yes, made to order curtains are non-returnable and should be noted as such in the product description.
If the product arrives damaged, is faulty or not as described, we will honour our returns policy and / or arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at our cost. Read more about this on our Shipping & Returns page

Do you offer free returns?

No, the cost and handling of the return is the responsibility of you, the customer, and we ask that you carefully package the products you wish to return and use a tracked shipping method for peace of mind. Please note we are not liable for any damaged or lost returns, and more information about this can be found on our Shipping & Returns page

How long will it take for my refund to come through?

Once the shipment has arrived back with us we will issue your refund and notify you of this by email. Kindly note refunds can take 5 – 10 working days to appear on your account.
