Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING
We have different delivery price depending on location and the type and size of the product.
UK standard shipping is £3.99 (2-5 working days) first class delivery is £5.99 (1-3 working days). Orders over 2kg in weight will cost £9.99 for Standard shipping (2-5 working days) £25 for first class delivery (1-3 working days). 

International shipping costs vary depending on location but usually take 4-7 working days to reach the destination. Non-refundable taxes and duties may apply on orders outside the European Union. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

FURNITURE DELIVERY
Our furniture collection is all made to order with a delivery time of 8-12 weeks. The cost of our furniture delivery within the UK is £59.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - HOMEWARE ACCESSORIES
Here at Att Pynta, we guarantee the high quality of all our products. However, if our products do not meet this high standard or if you are unsatisfied in any way, we are happy to refund or exchange items in accordance with the conditions laid out below.

Due to the handmade nature of many of our products there will be slight variations from what you see on the screen to what you receive. In addition, while we have made every effort to accurately display the colours of our products, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate. Should you receive an item that falls short of Att Pyntas’s high standards, we are happy either to refund you or to resend your order.

We aim to make returning any unsuitable products as easy as possible - just follow these simple steps and let us know if you have any problems at info@attpynta.com

If you intend to make a return, you must inform us at info@attpynta.com within 14 days of placing the order, stating the order number your return relates to and whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item, or whether the product is faulty. After notifying us, products must be returned to our office within 28 days of delivery.

In case of returning or exchanging items, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (these are covered for faulty products only). Please send all return items in the same shipment to ensure that it is processed as quickly as possible. It can take up to 10 days for your return to be delivered back to us, depending on which postal service you use. You will be notified by email as soon as your return has been received and processed.

Any refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s card and will be inclusive of standard shipping costs (only the standard shipping cost will be refunded even if fast delivery was paid for at the time of purchase). This typically takes 10 working days, dependent on your bank or card issuer and unfortunately Att Pynta are unable to influence this.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We try to accept all returns, but in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

After notifying us, the item must be returned to us within 28 days of delivery. Please email us at info@attpynta.com to arrange the collection of your return. All furniture returns have to be arranged and collected by our delivery team. In case of returning or exchanging a non-faulty item, customers are responsible for all delivery/collection costs (these are covered for faulty products only). We can only accept items which are being returned to us in a sellable condition. 

It can take up to 10 days for your return to be delivered back to us. You will be notified by email as soon as your return has been received and processed.

We try to accept all returns, however if we have not been notified about the return within 14 days of delivery and your item is not faulty we will not be able to issue a refund. 


On delivery our dedicated delivery team will unpack the item and ensure you are happy with the product. In the unlikely event there are any visible faults with the item our delivery team will document the problem on our behalf. If you are not happy with the product you have the right to refuse the item and our team will take it back to our warehouse. On such an occasion you will have the option of a full refund or a replacement product. We will be notified by the delivery team of any refused goods. By accepting and signing for the item you are stating that you are happy with the quality and condition of the item upon delivery.
  

VELVET FABRIC INFORMATION
We only use 100% cotton velvet from Italy in our furniture range. Cotton velvet is the most durable type of velvet and only consists of natural fibre and therefore healthier to have around the home. Velvet is delicate and can mark and change over time, this is part of the charm and characteristics of the material. 

When the velvet furniture is packed for transit it is wrapped tightly to avoid any damage. This can sometimes cause indents and marks to the velvet nap which may be visible once unpacked. These marks will fade and disappear over time once the sofa gets a chance to 'breath'. A soft bristle brush or gentle clothes steamer can be used to buff out these marks quicker.

Temporary impressions can sometimes be visible after using the sofa. This is typical of this type of fabric and will naturally disappear by itself. Plumping the cushion and stroking the fabric using your hand will make these impressions disappear faster. For any persistent indents or marks we suggest using a soft bristle brush or gentle clothes steamer. These type of irregularities in the fabric is normal for velvet and is not considered a fault. We will not be able to accept returns on the basis that the product is faulty if there are irregularities in the velvet as outlined above.
