THE PRODUCT

The Gotain sheer linen café curtains are crafted using a luxurious 100% linen fabric. This classic style of curtain is perfect for adding some privacy without losing the natural light. The café curtain comes complete with pole and brackets for easy installation and work wonderfully in kitchens, bathrooms or bedrooms for extra privacy. Choose from 9 colour options in our thick or sheer linen to find a style to suit your home. Our café curtains are all hand customised to the exact length and width you need. The longest length we offer in this style is 70cm, if you require a longer length please email us on info@attpynta.com. Please note the widest width available in this style of curtain is 200cm. 

  • The curtain is delivered with 1 pole and two niche brackets. The length of your rod and curtain should correspond to the width of the window (inside window frame).
  • The curtain is fitted with a weight at the bottom hem for elegant fall.
  • The curtain has a channel at the top adapted to fit the supplied curtain rod.
  • Measure the inside of your window frame where the curtain will be mounted with the niche brackets. If you are unsure - it is better to round down a few millimeters rather than up.

The café curtains are sold as singles, not pairs. Fabrics are woven in Spain, a country well known for its traditional and vast experience in textile manufacturing, and hand finished in our atelier in Sweden. Fabric composition, 100% linen.

All of our curtains are made to order with a delivery time of 4-5 weeks.

THE DESIGNER

Gotain is a Swedish based textile brand offering tailored quality curtains in carefully designed colour palettes and materials. Gotain's vision is to make it easy to order customised curtains, therefore, all curtains are fitted with a multifunctional hanging strip which makes it possible to hang them on a standard curtain pole as well as curtain tracks. All the fabrics are woven in Spain and tailor-made by hand in an atelier in Sweden.

CARE

Linen is a natural fiber that gets softer and finer over the years. Your linen curtain's best friend is a steamer. Our tip is that the first thing to do when hanging up your linen curtains is to steam them carefully. The curtain gets a softer and finer case with the help of the heat from the steam. To maintain colour and quality, we also recommend vacuuming your curtains at regular intervals. Use a soft nozzle and pull loosely along the fabric to remove dust and dirt that would otherwise penetrate the fabric.

  • Do not machine wash or soak your curtains—this can cause them to shrink by 2-5%. We recommend dry clean only. 
  • You can spot-clean small areas using warm water on a white cloth. Dab gently against the fabric and finish by steaming the curtains and letting them dry.

      If you order curtain poles, hooks etc with your curtains, your order will arrive together. If you just order curtains accessories, such as hooks, they are usually shipped out within standard delivery time frame of 2-5 working days.

      Shipping to the EU from the UK (updated due to Brexit)

      The UK left the EU on January 1st 2021, this unfortunately means it is now more expensive to order our products if you are based in the EU.

      We ship our products from the UK, please note customs fees may be applicable to your order once the package arrives in the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. Check your local customs if you are unsure about your country’s duties fees.

      By law we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international customs fees.

      If you refuse a shipment from Att Pynta you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

      If you intend to make a return, you must inform us at info@attpynta.com within 14 days of receiving the order, stating the order number and whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item, or whether the product is faulty. After notifying us, products must be returned to our office within 28 days of delivery.

      FURNITURE
      Here at Att Pynta, we guarantee the high quality of all our products. However, if our products do not meet this high standard or if you are unsatisfied in any way, we are happy to refund or exchange items in accordance with the conditions laid out below. 

      If you intend to make a return of a furniture item, you must inform us at info@attpynta.com within 14 days of receiving the order, stating the order number your return relates to and whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item, or whether the product is faulty. After notifying us, the item must be returned to us within 28 days of delivery. Please email us at info@attpynta.com to arrange the collection of your return. All furniture returns have to be arranged and collected by our delivery team. In case of returning or exchanging a non-faulty item, customers are responsible for all delivery/collection costs (these are covered for faulty products only). We can only accept items which are being returned to us in a sellable condition. 

      On delivery our dedicated delivery team will unpack the item and ensure you are happy with the product. In the unlikely event there are any visible faults with the item our delivery team will document the problem on our behalf. If you are not happy with the product you have the right to refuse the item and our team will take it back to our warehouse. On such an occasion you will have the option of a full refund or a replacement product. We will be notified by the delivery team of any refused goods. By accepting and signing for the item you are stating that you are happy with the quality and condition of the item upon delivery.

      CUSTOM MADE CURTAINS, ROMAN BLINDS AND TRACKS
      Please note that all our curtains, roman blinds and tracks are tailor-made according to the customer's exact measurements, so we cannot accept returned goods once they are produced. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order and you wish to cancel please email us on info@attpynta.com. Your order will then be cancelled and full refund will be issued. Please note curtain orders can not be amended once an order has been processed.
