We are thrilled to collaborate with artist Harlie Briggs on our first ever hand painted candle vessel. Harlie has hand painted each glass vessel in her signature style in a fig fruit design. A limited number of only 30 vessels have been created. Harlie hand picked her favourite scents of black fig and vetiver which will help you escape to nature with its sweet warming scent. The time and care that goes into painting each candle creates a truly unique product. Each candle is painted in layers, the designs are ever so slightly different adding character and charm to each vessel. The glass vessel is something to treasure long after the wax has melted.
The gorgeous fragrance combines fresh top notes of fig and boasts full-bodied green, fruity and earthy aromas with a hint of warming spice. Never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time, do not allow the flame to touch the glass. The first time you burn this candle, allow it to burn for 3-4 hours, until the whole top is liquid with wax and there is an even melt pool. This will help your candle burn more evenly the next time.
Before lighting your candle, trim the wick to 5 mm to avoid smoking and damage to the glass. By shortening the wick you also allow your candle to burn slower and more evenly. After blowing out your candle, re-centre and straighten the wick to make sure your candle will continue to burn evenly.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Choose an area free from drafts to avoid uneven burning. Always place your candle on a level and heat resistant surface, avoid placing your candle directly on a marble or glass surface. If the bottom of the hot candle glass comes in contact with a cold material, the glass container may crack. Extinguish when 5mm of wax remains and do not relight.

If you order curtain poles, hooks etc with your curtains, your order will arrive together. If you just order curtains accessories, such as hooks, they are usually shipped out within standard delivery time frame of 2-5 working days.

Shipping to the EU from the UK (updated due to Brexit)
The UK left the EU on January 1st 2021, this unfortunately means it is now more expensive to order our products if you are based in the EU.
We ship our products from the UK, please note customs fees may be applicable to your order once the package arrives in the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. Check your local customs if you are unsure about your country’s duties fees.
By law we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international customs fees.
If you refuse a shipment from Att Pynta you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

FURNITURE
Here at Att Pynta, we guarantee the high quality of all our products. However, if our products do not meet this high standard or if you are unsatisfied in any way, we are happy to refund or exchange items in accordance with the conditions laid out below.
If you intend to make a return of a furniture item, you must inform us at info@attpynta.com within 14 days of receiving the order, stating the order number your return relates to and whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item, or whether the product is faulty. After notifying us, the item must be returned to us within 28 days of delivery. Please email us at info@attpynta.com to arrange the collection of your return. All furniture returns have to be arranged and collected by our delivery team. In case of returning or exchanging a non-faulty item, customers are responsible for all delivery/collection costs (these are covered for faulty products only). We can only accept items which are being returned to us in a sellable condition.
On delivery our dedicated delivery team will unpack the item and ensure you are happy with the product. In the unlikely event there are any visible faults with the item our delivery team will document the problem on our behalf. If you are not happy with the product you have the right to refuse the item and our team will take it back to our warehouse. On such an occasion you will have the option of a full refund or a replacement product. We will be notified by the delivery team of any refused goods. By accepting and signing for the item you are stating that you are happy with the quality and condition of the item upon delivery.

CUSTOM MADE CURTAINS, ROMAN BLINDS AND TRACKS
Please note that all our curtains, roman blinds and tracks are tailor-made according to the customer's exact measurements, so we cannot accept returned goods once they are produced. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order and you wish to cancel please email us on info@attpynta.com. Your order will then be cancelled and full refund will be issued. Please note curtain orders can not be amended once an order has been processed.
